Teacher and User Surveys

Two surveys were created for Mountain View Elementary under the direction of the Library Media Center's school librarian.  The school librarian was particularly interested in gathering information about collaboration from the teachers and from the students, she wanted to know what electronic devices they had access to at home and what genres, topics, and authors they like to read.
